In general

Can I change my order?

You can change your order as long as we have not yet packed it. If you have received an email from DAO or us regarding that your order is packed and ready for dispatch, you cannot change anything.

If you have not received an email regarding that your order is ready for dispatch, you must hurry and write us an email - You can do by filling out our contact form under the "Contact Us" page. In addition, set tick "This message is urgent" when filling out the contact form.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as we have not yet packed it. If you have received an email from DAO or us regarding that your order is packed and ready for dispatch, you cannot cancel it - You therefore have to return the package.

When will you withdraw the money from my account?

We deduct the money from your card when your package is dispatched from our warehouse.

How do I get 10% on my first order?

You can get 10% on your first order by signing up for our newsletter, which you can do on our front page here on the website.

Delivery and return

How do I return an order?

1. Order a return label and find a return slip HERE - You will receive a return label that must be printed out. If you do not have a printer, you will also receive a 9-digit code that you can write on the return package instead.

2. Fill in the return slip - If you want an exchange, just write on the return slip which item you want the exchange for.

3. Pack the goods securely in the original packaging and enclose the return slip in the return package.

4. Hand in the package to your nearest DAO Parcel Shop.

How much does it cost to return?

It costs DKK 39. to return a package. We deduct DKK 39. from the return amount when we refund the money.

In the case of an exchange, we pay for the return costs.

How long is my return right?

You have a full right of return for 30 days.

When will I get my money back?

When we receive and process your return package, it takes up to 10 banking days before the money is back in your account.

What is the delivery time and delivery price?

The delivery time is 1-3 working days. There may be delays on special occasions such as Black Friday and the Christmas period.

We send all packages with DAO, where delivery to a parcel shop costs DKK 29. and DKK 39. by home delivery. For purchases over DKK 349. delivery to the parcel shop is free and home delivery costs DKK 9.

Products

An item is sold out. What do I do?

If an item is sold out, the item will probably be in stock within 1-2 weeks. You can add a notification by pressing "Remind me" - You will then receive an email when the item is back in stock.

Are your linen pants transparent?

Our linen trousers are made of 100% linen, which is a very fine and thin material.

The white linen trousers : If you wear dark underwear under the white linen trousers, you will be able to tell the color through the trousers. If you wear neutral underwear, you won't be able to see the color through.

Other colors of linen trousers : The linen trousers in all other colors are not transparent.

What does it mean that an item can be pre-ordered?

When an item is marked as a "pre-order", it means that we do not have the item in stock right now, but that we expect it in stock in x number of days. When you pre-order the item, you reserve it and the item will be sent to you when it is in stock with us.

We only withdraw the money when we ship the item from our warehouse.
