1. PAYMENT accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, all VISA payment cards, all Mastercard payment cards, MobilePay and Klarna. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item has been dispatched.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT.

When you pay with an international card, a reservation is made on your bank account. We only deduct the amount when we ship the item from our warehouse. uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information, which means that your information cannot be read.

In order to offer Klarna's payment methods, we may transfer your personal information in the form of contact and order information to Klarna, so that Klarna can assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor these payment methods to you. Your transferred personal data will be processed in accordance with Klarna's own Data Protection Notice .

2. DELIVERY's packages are dispatched the same day (if the order is placed before 12.00 on a weekday). Packages are delivered under normal circumstances within 1-3 working days. Packages in Denmark are sent with DAO.

The shipping prices for delivery with DAO to the parcel shop are DKK 29. and DKK 35. with DAO for home delivery.

If you buy for more than DKK 349, delivery with DAO to parcel shops is free and delivery for home delivery with DAO costs only DKK 9.


The Purchase Act's defect rules apply to goods purchases.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have the right to complain for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either have the item repaired,
exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will take care of the shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Remember the receipt for dispatch, so you can prove that the item has been sent to us.

If you want to advertise a product, must You contact our customer service at, and send pictures that clearly show what you are complaining about. If the complaint is justified, you will be informed about the further process in the correspondence with customer service.

Returns in connection with complaints take place via a label that will be sent to you by customer service, or via the return portal. You are also welcome to send the item back to us in another way.

We neither accept parcels without distribution nor parcels sent by cash on delivery.


It is easy and quick to exchange your items with these 4 steps:

1. Order a return label and find a return slip HERE - You will receive a return label that must be printed out. If you do not have a printer, you will also receive a 9-digit code that you can write on the return package instead.
2. Fill in the return slip - If you want an exchange, just write on the return slip which item you want the exchange for.
3. Pack the goods properly in the original packaging and enclose the return slip in the return package.
4. Hand in the package at your nearest DAO Pakkeshop.

Note that it is free to exchange the item for another, but that it can only be exchanged for products with a cheaper or similar price. If this is not the case, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method

You are responsible for ensuring that your return package is properly packed, and that it is delivered correctly to a DAO parcel shop and that you can subsequently present documentation for delivery in the form of a receipt and tracking number. If you send a return without using our return portal, you yourself are responsible for the item reaching us and also have proof of this in the form of a tracking number.


There is a 30-day full right of cancellation/return on goods purchased in our webshop.

The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. You will also not be able to access our return portal after this. After a maximum of 30 days from receipt, you must notify us that you wish to return an item. You then have 14 days to return the item to us. If you have ordered several
different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item. The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to access our return portal and send the products back. If you send on your own and at your own expense, you must contact us by email within the 14 days.

The notice must be given by email at In the message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.


You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is intended

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day you have notified us of your regret.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that the return has arrived with us.
